These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aya House website and services, including accommodation bookings, retreat experiences, and events in Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us (via email or messaging). When making a booking, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• The number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity of the accommodation
• Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb) are also subject to their respective terms

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms and methods will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future bookings. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due before or upon arrival as specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking:

• Accommodation: Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in may be subject to charges as stated in your booking confirmation.
• Retreats & Events: Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of registration. Due to limited capacity, late cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Force majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future stays.

5. House Rules

Guests are expected to adhere to the following rules during their stay:

• No drugs or illegal substances are permitted on the premises
• No parties or events that disturb neighbours or other guests
• Respect for the property, furnishings, and communal areas
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected as communicated in your booking

6. Liability

Aya House shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance. We are not responsible for any disruptions caused by external factors such as weather, local infrastructure, or third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Aya House and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Website Use
